Job Description/Requirements
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on laptops and desktops.
- Replace and repair faulty components such as motherboards, screens, keyboards, batteries, and hard drives.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and drivers.
- Perform data backup and recovery operations.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and turnaround time.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers in a professional manner.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and testing of devices and components.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest laptop models and repair techniques.

- Minimum of SSCE/ OND / Diploma. Certifications in Computer Engineering, ICT, or a related field.

- Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
