Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting laptops and related accessories
- Provide accurate product information and pricing details
- Promote available laptop models and explain features clearly
- Process sales transactions and issue receipts where applicable
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales area
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle basic complaints professionally
- Support daily store operations and inventory checks
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of laptops or willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Honest, reliable, and punctual
- Ability to work well with customers and team members
- Preferably a female and must reside around
Work Mode:
- This is a full-time, on-site position based at Tinubu Square, Lagos Island.
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Block L, 1st Floor, Tinubu Square, Lagos Island
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 per month
