We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Laboratory Marketer to promote our diagnostic and laboratory services to healthcare providers, organizations, and individuals. Responsibilities:
- Promote laboratory and diagnostic services to hospitals, clinics, HMOs, and corporate clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and awareness campaigns.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with laboratory and operations teams to ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Support marketing campaigns and health outreach programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (experience in healthcare or laboratory services is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work independently.
- Good understanding of healthcare services and laboratory operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to engage in fieldwork and client visits.
