The position
We are seeking a visionary Knowledge Management Lead to design and lead Renmoney's enterprise-wide knowledge strategy. You will create a world-class framework that captures, curates, and distributes critical insights, driving efficiency, innovation, and compliance. Your role will harness AI to revolutionize how we learn, collaborate, and make decisions.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Knowledge Management, Information Science, or Data Strategy is a plus
  • 4-5+ years in KM roles, with proven success and familiarity in KM platforms
  • Stakeholder mapping and engagement strategies for senior leaders
  • Agile documentation practices and metadata design
  • Superior soft skills: Negotiation, creative problem-solving, and executive storytelling
  • Advanced proficiency in MS office suites
  • This is a 1-year contract position, subject to renewal based on performance
