Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient handling.
- Wash, peel, chop, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients as directed.
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work surfaces.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Dispose of waste appropriately and keep the kitchen organized.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods.
- Follow all health, safety, and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Must pass a background check
