Job summary
The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for assisting the cook preparation, cooking, and assembly of all menu items. He/She is primarily responsible for all meal prep for the cooks. The role requires speed, consistency, and attention to detail within a fast-paced kitchen environment serving fried items, rice dishes, shawarma, burgers etc.

- Food Preparation & Cooking.
- Station Management.

- Inventory & Waste Control.
- Team Collaboration and coordination with the Kitchen Assistants.
- Ensure the availability and preservation of stock.
- Ensure timely preparation of customer orders.
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
