About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client accounts within a fast-paced marketing and advertising environment.
This role goes beyond traditional account management—you’ll act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring campaigns deliver real results while uncovering opportunities for growth, retention, and long-term collaboration.
The ideal candidate understands both client service and marketing execution, and is comfortable working with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
•
Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts
•
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
•
Understand client goals, brand positioning, and campaign objectives
•
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns (digital, content, media, etc.)
•
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy) to deliver high-quality work
•
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
•
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services
•
Track campaign performance and present insights, reports, and recommendations
•
Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategy sessions
•
Proactively resolve issues and manage client expectations
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
•
3–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Service, or similar roles within a marketing/advertising agency
•
Strong understanding of digital marketing (social media, paid ads, content, branding)
•
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
•
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
•
Strong organizational and time management skills
•
Results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and growth
