Responsibilities:
- Support development of VAS products (SMS, USSD, IVR, subscriptions, digital content)
- Assist with PRDs, specifications, testing, and UAT
- Coordinate with MNOs (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile) and partners
- Conduct market research and performance tracking
- Support marketing launches and cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure compliance with NCC and DND regulations
Requirements:
