Job summary
We are seeking a fresh, talented and detail-orientated interior architect to join the growing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who is passionate about space planning, design storytelling, and delivering exceptional client experiences from concept to completion. You will be actively involved in designing, planning, and developing interior spaces across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative interior design concepts aligned with client briefs and brand identity
- Produce space-planning layouts, furniture plans (new and existing), and floor plans
- Prepare detailed drawings, elevations, sections, and design details
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings
- Participate in client consultations and presentations
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless execution
- Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and budget requirements
- Support renovation and remodelling projects from concept to delivery
- Supervise and manage the project onsite to ensure alignment with the drawings.
Requirements:
- Degree in architecture or Interior Design
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Proven minimum of 1 to 2 yrs experience in interior design projects (portfolio is required)
- Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, or similar)
- Excellent space planning and visualisation skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Preferably a female architect.
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 250,000 Monthly
