Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support concept development for interior design projects.
- Support production of 3D visualisations for design presentations.
- Support preparation of detailed working drawings, designs, plans and schemes, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate effectively with a dynamic team of designers and other professionals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Tech, or other related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in interior design concept creation and design consultation with clients (or keen desire to improve skills in the latter).
- Very organised and disciplined with the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
- Able to stay updated on design trends and styles.
Technical Skills:
- Ability to produce quality 3D interior visuals.
- Ability to create floor plans, sketches, and elevations.
- Ability to use any of the following software: SketchUp, Enscape, D5 Render, Revit Architecture, 3D Max, Lumion, Autodesk AutoCAD, or any other 3D modeller.
- Ability to use Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
