Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Data Maintenance & Entry: Input, update, and maintain accurate records in our CRM and core databases, ensuring zero data duplication or formatting errors.
- Data Cleaning (Scrubbing): Review raw datasets to identify missing values, Junior Data Operations & Analytics Associate
- Inconsistencies or outliers, and correct them before reporting.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Compile daily/weekly operational data and assist in building simple, scannable dashboards for leadership.
- Basic Analysis: Mine historical data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight unusual spikes or downward trends.
- Process Optimization: Suggest ways to automate repetitive data entry tasks using shortcuts, formulas, or software tools.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, and data visualization).
- Basic understanding of SQL (writing simple queries like SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or CRMs is an asset.
