- Provides first-line support for applications
- Monitors performance
- Resolves basic issues and escalates complex ones
- Assist with system updates, document incidents, and work with IT teams to ensure smooth operation and improve user experience.
Requirements:
- Fundamental understanding of software engineering
- Strong desire to learn while working as a key member of a small team serving a fast- growing customer base in the financial services industry.
- Recent computer science/engineering graduate (degree or diploma) with a demonstrable grasp of object-oriented design/programming (either through employment or personal projects)
