Job summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician with strong hands-on skills in hardware and software troubleshooting and repair. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, diagnosing faults, and providing technical support to users across the organization.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain computer hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications.
- Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware and software issues.
- Perform routine system checks, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi).
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and spare parts.
- Document issues, solutions, and maintenance activities.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- HND
- 1 year experience
