Responsibilities:
- Ensuring stable data/internet uptime—working with ISPs, monitoring connectivity issues
- Managing routers/switches/access points and quickly resolving outages to minimize downtime.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (user onboarding/offboarding, permissions, groups, mailbox access, shared drives, and basic security settings)
- Provide responsive end-user support.
