IT Support Officer
Job summary
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide day-to-day technical support across the hotel’s systems and devices. You will support basic IT operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of systems and devices.

Responsibilities:
- Provide
first-level technical support to staff on hardware, software, and
network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot basic system and connectivity issues
- Assist in maintaining the hotel’s IT systems and ensure minimal downtime
- Support users with system access, email setup, and basic applications
- Monitor IT equipment and report faults or issues promptly
- Liaise with external IT service providers when necessary
- Maintain proper documentation of IT issues and resolutions
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1 year of relevant IT support experience
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
