IT Support Engineer
Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on technical activities, good Networking and server management knowledge, outstanding problem-solving and communication skills, and maintaining relationships with clients.

- Interacting with customers is a significant part of this IT Rep role.
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
- Installing and configuring Computer systems.
- Carry out Network installation from Layer 1 to at least Layer 3.
- Monitor logged tickets and identify potential issues proactively.
- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.
- Prepare regular technical reports for the team, Supervisor review, and meetings.
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and hands-on configuration of Active Directory.
- Hands-on Kyocera and HP printing machines, both hardware and software.
- Good understanding of computer systems.
- Good knowledge/hands-on experience with CCTV Surveillance systems.
- Good knowledge/ familiarity with Cisco, Sophos, and Microsoft 365.
