We recruiting IT support Engineers for our client .

Responsibilities:
- Interacting with customers is a significant part of this IT rep role.
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
- Installing and configuring computer systems
- Carry out Network installation from Layer 1 to at least Layer 3.
- Monitor logged tickets and identify potential issues proactively
- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.
- Prepare regular technical reports for the team, supervisor review, and meetings.
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
Requirements:
- Knowledge and hands-on configuration of Active Directory
- Hands-on Kyocera and HP printing machines, both hardware and software
- Good understanding of computer systems
- Good knowledge/hands-on experience with CCTV surveillance systems
- Good knowledge/familiarity with Cisco, Sophos, and Microsoft 365
