Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company’s overall IT infrastructure (hardware, networks, operating systems, and software).
- Administer and support Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Mail, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk).
- Customize Zoho modules, workflows, automation, dashboards, and reports.
- Oversee system integrations between Zoho and third-party tools.
- Provide user training, troubleshooting, and technical support across departments.
- Manage IT security, backup systems, and data protection protocols.
- Evaluate and deploy new technologies that support business growth.
- Supervise IT support staff and coordinate with external vendors.
- Establish and enforce IT policies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment.
