Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to users (hardware, software, and network issues)
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and peripherals
- Support system updates, backups, and security procedures
- Help monitor network performance and troubleshoot basic issues
- Assist in maintaining IT documentation, inventories, and asset records
- Support the IT team in ongoing projects and system upgrades
