Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff, assisting with hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure and networks.
- Support the IT team in troubleshooting system errors and resolving user problems.
- Help with software updates, patches, and security monitoring.
- Document IT processes, solutions, and technical procedures for reference.
- Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
- Research and recommend innovative solutions to improve IT efficiency and security.
