Job Summary

LPLEL requires an experience IT Specialist to coordinate and oversee the construction of the initial IT infrastructure with CMA HQ IT Team. Before the commence of operations, the team will need to be increase the IT Specialist manning to be able to operate and monitor 24hours x 365 days the entire LPLEL IT infrastructure.

  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Candidate need to have experience in the following:

1. DOMAIN CONTROLLER
To install the Lekkiport domain name at the this server. Every PC logon on to this Server. Operation system is TOS Server Std. Server roles are create, organize, define and solve problem of Domain, Organization Units, Group policies, Trees and Forest, Global Catalog, Users management, Cluster Management, Edge Transport, DNS, WINS, DHCP, IIS ,Active Directory,Client Access Server Roles, www services, Central Antivirus Program, Organize to TOS and etc.

2. ADDITIONAL DOMAIN CONTROLLER
To install the Domain controller on the this server. Windows Update Services works on the this server.

 3. EXCHANGE SERVER NODE 1
We installed Exchange Server for incoming and outgoing emails. Operation system will be TOS.
Server roles are create, organize, define, solve problem and right of user emails, Organization Units, Groups, Contacts, Global Address lists, Management email Folders, Public Folders, Client Access, Hub Transport, send connectors, edge connectors, blocked Anti-Spams, email address policies, organize accepted domains, remote domains, organize First and Second Storage Groups, Outlook Web Access, Exchange ActiveSync, offline Address book distribution, receive connectors, add-remove-manage user mailboxes, mail flow troubleshooters, Recovery tools, Performance tools and etc.

4. EXCHANGE SERVER NODE 2
This server clustered with Exchange Server Node 1. 
 
5. SAP DATABASE SERVER
This server installed for Financial Management (Accounts payable , Accounts receivable , Cash management, asset accounting ), Finance, Tariff, HR, Payroll, Procurement, Document flow control Databases Management, Forms Development, Reporting, PA Costing methodologies, Period expenses and budget. Operating system is SOLARIS, Program is SAP E-Business Suite ERP, Database is SAP database server. At the database installed Live and Test databases.


6. SAP APPLICATION SERVER
This server installed for Accounting, Finance, Tariff, HR, Payroll and Purchasing applications. Operating system is SOLARIS, Program is SAP E-Business Suite ERP and Discoverer, Application server is SAP 10g application server. At the applications installed Live and Test applications. Natica Company is consultant of these applications.

7. LEKKIPORT SERVER
This server installed for terminal operation system and management. Operation system will be TOS. Program is Lekkiport and database is SQL Server. Lekkiport Operation modules are Vessel, Cargo, Gate, weigh-bridge, stack, Container, bill, tariff, statistic, reporting and management modules.
 
8. FILE SERVER
This server installed for User File and Sharing Folders. Server name is Main users save his/her files on the this server. We are organize to sharing and user rights.

9. CCTV SERVER 1
This server installed for 96 cameras at the port. Every 30 cameras need a server for management and rights. Program is Milestone X Protect Enterprice. This server saves camera videos to directly IBM Storage.

10. CCTV SERVER 2
This server installed for 96 cameras at the port. Every 30 cameras need a server for management and rights. Program is Milestone X Protect Enterprice. This server saves camera videos to directly IBM Storage. 

11. CCTV SERVER 3
 This server installed for 96 cameras at the port. Every 30 cameras need a server for management and rights. Program is Milestone X Protect Enterprice. This server saves camera videos to directly IBM Storage.

12. CACS SERVER (Card Access Control System)
This server installed for Pass security, personnel attendance monitoring, visitor monitoring, cafeteria monitoring, Turnstile, Programable proximity ID cards. HR can take personnel reports for overtimes and personnel attendance report and monitor.

13. DMCFS SERVER (Document Management Control and Flow System)
This server installed for Electronic Document Management Control and Flow System. Every incoming and outgoing documents must scan to this server.

14. TOS APPLICATION SERVER
This server installed for terminal operation system and management. Operation system is IBM i5 Operation System and database is db2.

15. FAX SERVER  (PC Server)
We are installing Microsoft fax Server program and test to faxes for central fax system. After we can send all faxes to related mailbox and Document Management Control and Flow System.
 
16. E-PORTAL SERVER
This Server is not complated yet for Lekkiport or TOS. We are make a plan for Agent and CB can send their ARF applications to SQL database of E-portal server .

17. TERMINAL SERVER
This Server room for Lekkiport or TOS. We are make a plan for handheld and VMT can receive their ARF Electronic Orders over the terminal server via Wifi network
 
18. TEST SERVER 1 (small old server)
We are tested all new and old activities, updates before live at the these server.
 
19. TEST SERVER 2 (PC server)
We are tested all new and old activities, updates before live at the these server.


20. CUSTOMS INTEGRATION FOR INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL APPLICATIONS

21. BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN

Provide BCP to meet auditor requirements for Lekkiport

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field. Masters degree will be a plus.

  • Proven 5+ years working experience as a IT Infrastructure Manager, IT Senior Specialist, IT Specialist or a relevant role

  • Strong and Convincing personality, with a sense of urgency, 

  • Good knowledge of IBM, Sun, SAP, Cisco, Servers, CCTV, Wireless, Network/Cabling and all relevant port IT infrastructure with proven record

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Powerpoint and relevant software

  • Proficiency in English

  • Excellent Communication, Presentation and Negotiation skills required

  • Ability to build rapport across all departments
