Responsibilities:

Architecture Instruction: Deliver advanced training on SAP S/4HANA (Greenfield/Brownfield), Oracle OCI (Infrastructure/Database), and Salesforce (Multi-tenant architecture).
Technical Development: Lead deep dives into SQL/PL-SQL and Apex/LWC programming to ensure students can extend standard software functionality process. Orchestration: Teach the Lead-to-Cash and "Procure-to-Pay" lifecycles, ensuring students understand how data flows across disparate OEM systems.
Environment Governance: Manage and troubleshoot specialized sandbox environments, including SAP Fiori instances, Oracle Autonomous Databases, and Salesforce Scratch Orgs
Curriculum Lifecycle: Ensure all training materials reflect the latest OEM releases (e.g., SAP Quarterly Updates or Salesforce Seasonal Releases)

Requirements:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including Fiori UX, S/4HANA Finance and Logistics modules, and Business Process Automation (BPA)
Understanding of transitioning legacy processes into modern SAP environments
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, including SQL, PL/SQL performance tuning, OCI architecture, and data warehousing
Experience managing or migrating on-premise workloads to OCI
Experience with Salesforce customization and automation
Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Ability to support CRM automation and system integration
Strong problem-solving and technical support skills
Ability to work across multiple platforms and business systems
