IT Administrator
Job summary
The IT Administrator is responsible for the effective management, maintenance, security and availability of Organization's IT infrastructure, systems, devices and digital workplace environment. The role will provide day-to-day technical support to staff, administer computers, networks, cloud services and others.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain computers, servers, and network systems
- Manage Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace and other cloud services
- Provide day-to-day IT support to staff
- Implement cybersecurity measures and manage data backups
- Support rental software, fleet tracking systems, and CRM platforms
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Diagnose and fix laptops and IT hardware issues
- Set up and
maintain printers and related devices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively
- Relevant IT
certifications are an added advantage
