Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Supervisor/Store Keeper to manage inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, stock control, and supply coordination, with the ability to ensure accurate records, prevent losses, and support smooth operations across all departments.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts; reconcile variances.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO procedures are strictly followed and track expiration dates.
- Inspect deliveries for quality and compliance with purchase orders.
- Organise, label, and store items in line with hygiene and safety standards.
- Process departmental requisitions and issue items against approved requests.
- Generate stock movement and variance reports; recommend purchases based on trends.
- Implement loss prevention measures and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and all operational departments to optimise inventory flow.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in hospitality inventory or warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of FIFO/FEFO procedures and inventory management systems.
- Excellent numerical accuracy, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests with integrity.
