Inventory Officer
Job summary
We are seeking an Inventory Officer to manage stock accuracy, monitor inventory movement, and optimize material usage across our outlets and warehouses.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Track stock inflow/outflow and conduct regular stock counts
- Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies
- Calculate yield, monitor production efficiency, and reduce waste
- Implement FIFO/FEFO and proper stock management processes
- Prepare reports on stock levels, variances, and wastage
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and finance teams
Requirements:
- Proximity to the company's location (Wawa, Opic, Berger, Akute, Olowoira, Alagbole, Ketu, Magodo) is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND
- 1-3 years' experience in inventory/stock control
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Close attention to detail and integrity
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Inventory control and stock management expertise
- Ability to calculate yield, variance, and cost ratios
- Problem-solving and discrepancy investigation
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and POS systems
- Reporting and data interpretation skills
- Integrity and accountability
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 180,000 (based on experience).
