Inventory Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage inventory across our diagnostic operations and medical equipment sales business. The role involves overseeing medical consumables, diagnostic supplies, and high-value equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate tracking, and efficient distribution.

Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of diagnostic consumables (reagents, test kits, imaging supplies) and medical equipment.
- Track and maintain accurate records for stock movement, including sales, transfers, and usage across centres.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely procurement to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Maintain proper documentation for equipment (e.g., serial numbers, warranties, service schedules).
- Support the sales team with inventory availability, order processing, and dispatch of medical equipment.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies across locations
- Ensure proper storage conditions in line with healthcare and manufacturer standards.
- Track expiration dates and manage obsolete or slow-moving inventory.
- Generate inventory and stock performance reports for management decision-making.
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of BSC.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
