Inventory Manager
Job summary
We are seeking an Inventory Manager to manage stock accuracy, monitor inventory movement, and optimize material usage across our outlets and warehouses.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Monitor stock movement, investigate discrepancies, and ensure inventory accuracy across all locations.
- Analyze production yield, input-to-output ratios, wastage, and shrinkage, and recommend improvements.
- Implement and enforce FIFO/FEFO stock rotation, proper storage, and inventory control procedures.
- Verify received items, monitor stock consumption, and track inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Prepare inventory, variance, yield, and wastage reports to support operational and cost control decisions.
- Ensure compliance with inventory SOPs, safety, hygiene, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to optimize inventory management and support audits.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND.
- At least 3 years' experience in inventory/stock control.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Close attention to detail and integrity.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Inventory control and stock management expertise.
- Ability to calculate yield, variance, and cost ratios.
- Problem-solving and discrepancy investigation.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and POS systems.
- Reporting and data interpretation skills.
- Integrity and accountability.
- Proximity to the company's location (Wawa, Opic, Berger, Akute, Olowoira, Alagbole, Ketu, Magodo) is an added advantage.
