Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory items.
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements and stock levels.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures.
- Minimize inventory losses through effective controls and monitoring.
- Prepare inventory reports and analyze data to inform management decisions.
- Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure proper handling of stock.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Efficient organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills.
