About the Job

The employee is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s inventory control processes, ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient storage, and timely availability of materials and products. This role plays a critical part in supply chain management by minimizing stock discrepancies, reducing costs, and supporting smooth production and sales operations.

Salary Range: 250,000-300,000

Requirement & Skills

 Develop and implement inventory management policies, procedures, and systems.  Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and product movements.  Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.  Forecast demand and plan inventory requirements in coordination with procurement, sales, and production teams.  Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of goods to maintain product quality.  Track and manage slow-moving, obsolete, or excess stock to optimize inventory.  Analyze inventory data and prepare reports for management on stock status, variances, and trends.  Oversee the use of inventory management software/ERP systems.  Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of materials.  Supervise, train, and evaluate inventory staff to ensure adherence to best practices.  Maintain compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements in warehouse/inventory operations.  Inventory & stock control management  Data analysis & reporting  ERP & inventory management software  Leadership & people management  Strategic planning & forecasting  Time management & organization  Communication & collaboration B.sc, Hnd, (Accounts, Business Admin, Statistics or Related Field) +5years Experience Generic Skills  Communication and interpersonal skills.  Analytical and critical thinking.  Time management.  Adaptability and resilience.
