Job Summary

We are urgently looking for an Inventory analyst who will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and optimising inventory levels to ensure the continuous availability of pharmaceutical products while minimising excess stock and waste.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, track, and analyse inventory levels across all product categories and storage facilities.
  • Conduct regular inventory reconciliations and ensure accuracy between physical and system records.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory forecasting models to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to plan replenishment schedules and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Generate periodic inventory performance reports, highlighting variances, slow-moving, and near-expiry products.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations regarding product storage, handling, and recordkeeping.
  • Review and optimise inventory management processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and cost control.
  • Support internal audits and assist with regulatory inspections when required.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics personnel to ensure timely distribution and replenishment.
  • Utilise ERP or inventory management systems to update and analyse stock data.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in inventory or supply chain management (preferably in the pharmaceutical sector).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel and inventory management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Sound understanding of pharmaceutical inventory regulations and best practices.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
