Job Title: International Student Recruiter

About the Role
We are hiring two (2) results-driven International Student Recruiters to join our team in the study-abroad and travel industry. This role is focused on converting prospective students into successful international applicants, guiding them through the admissions process, and driving revenue through consistent student enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
•
Convert inbound inquiries (from ads and marketing campaigns) into enrolled international students
•
Counsel prospective students on study-abroad options, including universities, courses, and destinations
•
Follow up with leads, build relationships, and close admissions deals
•
Guide students through the application process from inquiry to enrollment
•
Assist with preparation of student documentation including SOPs and required forms
•
Provide accurate information on admission requirements, timelines, and processes
•
Maintain excellent customer experience throughout the student journey
•
Keep detailed and accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions
•
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Requirements
•
BSc degree (any discipline)
•
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, client acquisition, or study-abroad recruitment
•
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
•
Proven ability to convert leads into paying customers
•
Prior experience in study abroad, education consulting, or travel industry is an advantage
•
Strong writing skills, especially for SOPs and student documentation
•
Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven
Compensation & Benefits
•
Base Salary: ₦200,000 monthly
•
Commission: ₦50,000 per successful student enrolment
•
Performance Bonus: Up to ₦100,000 monthly based on targets
•
High earning potential based on performance
Performance Expectations:
This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential for proactive, focused, and results-oriented individuals. You will be assigned clear monthly targets to guide your performance.
The first two months will serve as a probation and training period to support your onboarding and success in the role. If performance falls below 80% of the set targets after the first month, additional training and structured support will be provided to help you improve.
Please note that consistent underperformance specifically, not meeting at least 80% of monthly targets after two months may result in a review and possible adjustment of salary in line with performance outcomes.
