Job Summary
The Installment Manager will serve as the key liaison between our company and external financing partners. The role involves developing, managing, and expanding smartphone installment programs to increase sales, improve collections, and provide flexible payment options for customers across distributors, dealers, and retail outlets.

Job Description/Requirements
- Coordinate with finance companies and channel partners to run effective installment schemes.
- Develop installment sales strategies to drive sales and reach new customer segments.
- Onboard and train retailers and field teams on installment processes.
- Negotiate terms and processes with financing partners to minimise defaults.
- Track daily installment sales, collections, and partner performance.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal and partner policies.
- Conduct field visits to review partner operations and support sales activities.
- Prepare reports on sales, outstanding balances, and recovery trends.
- Identify and onboard new installment/financing partners.
- Resolve customer and partner escalations swiftly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in installment/credit sales, retail finance, or channel sales.
- Experience with microfinance, BNPL, or financial institutions is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Field-oriented, organised, and result-driven.
