IT Specialist
Location: Lekki Phase 1
Salary: N200,000 - N250,000
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lekki Phase1, Lagos for an Information Technology Specialist. The specialist will manage and maintain IT systems, oversee network administration and security, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure system reliability. They will also provide technical support and excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders while ensuring IT infrastructure aligns with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
- Experience in Information Technology systems and Troubleshooting
- Strong Customer Service and technical support skills
- Attention to detail and ability to resolve complex IT challenges
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
