Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems.
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT equipment (computers, printers, scanners, servers).
- Support staff with IT-related issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Manage and update company databases, email systems, and digital records.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are consistently followed.
- Assist in deploying new technologies and training staff on ICT tools.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for ICT-related needs.
Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in ICT support or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and networking basics.
- Familiarity with diagnostic or healthcare ICT systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
