Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and other meals as required.
- Prepare a variety of Nigerian, African, and continental dishes.
- Follow specific recipes, dietary requirements, and meal preferences.
- Ensure meals are properly cooked, well-seasoned, fresh, and attractively presented.
- Adjust meal portions according to the number of people being served.
- Prepare meals for visitors or guests when required.
- Reside at the designated accommodation provided by the employer, where applicable.
- Comply with all residence and company rules.
- Maintain professional conduct within the residence.
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of the employer, staff, residents, and guests.
- Maintain personal cleanliness and proper grooming.
- Remain available during agreed working hours and attend to reasonable meal-related requests.
- Observe designated rest periods and approved days off.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
