Job summary
The Implementation & Field Specialist will be responsible for helping customers successfully start using Staycore in their city or state. This includes customer setup, staff training, basic technical support, go-live assistance, and post-launch follow-up. When there is no active implementation or support activity, the person will also visit hotels.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Build plans: Create clear timelines and task lists.
- Set goals: Match product capabilities to client needs.
- Manage risk: Spot and fix delivery problems early.
On-Site Deployment and Configuration:
- Travel to sites: Set up hardware or software on location.
- Configure systems: Tailor setups to fit user workflows.
- Run tests: Check that systems work before final launch.
Client Training and Support:
- Train users: Teach teams how to use new tools well.
- Fix issues: Solve technical problems during launch.
- Hand over: Transition projects smoothly to support teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in implementation, customer support, field sales, field engineering, technical support, POS support, software support, or hospitality operations.
- Must be able to troubleshoot simple printer, driver, device, browser, and network issues.
- Must be confident using laptops, mobile devices, web applications, spreadsheets, and business software.
