ICT Support Staff

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain physical and cloud-based servers to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Monitor server health, system logs, uptime, backups, and recovery processes.
• Implement system updates, patches, and upgrades in line with best practices.
• Troubleshoot server-related issues and provide timely resolution. Web Hosting Management
• Oversee web hosting environments, including domain management, SSL certificates, and DNS configurations.
• Ensure websites and applications are stable, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Coordinate deployments, migrations, and hosting upgrades as required.
• Monitor hosting usage and recommend improvements for scalability and cost efficiency. Backend Development
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Ensure backend systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver functional solutions.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain code quality and system integrity. Networking & Security
• Manage internal networks, firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
• Ensure secure connectivity between servers, applications, and third-party services.
• Identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and security risks.
• Support incident response and system recovery in the event of outages or breaches. Documentation & Collaboration
• Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, processes, and configurations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams when required.
• Work closely with vendors, service providers, and external consultants as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree
