Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Support the IT team with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Help monitor network performance and security protocols.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s database and documentation.
- Provide support for user account management, including password resets and permissions.
- Participate in testing new applications, software updates, and system improvements.
- Learn and apply IT best practices under supervision.
- Assist in data backup and recovery processes.
- Support other ICT-related administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree/diploma program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and common operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages is a plus but not required.
- Prior internship or hands-on experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
