Onpab Limited is seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced ICT Instructor to join our training and development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-relevant ICT training, mentoring learners, developing course materials, and equipping students with the digital skills required to excel.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and practical ICT training sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, course outlines, and instructional materials.
- Train students using practical, project-based learning methods.
- Assess students through assignments, projects, practicals, and examinations.
- Monitor learners' progress and provide academic support.
- Keep training materials updated with current industry trends.
- Ensure effective classroom and laboratory management.
- Mentor students on career development and professional growth.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Areas of Expertise (3 or More):
Applicants should have practical knowledge in three or more of the following:
- Computer Appreciation
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Graphic Design (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- Website Design (WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Digital Marketing
- Programming (PHP, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
- UI/UX Design
- Data Analysis
- Cybersecurity
- Mobile App Development
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools
- Computer Hardware & Networking
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching or industry experience.
- Strong practical knowledge in one or more ICT disciplines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners of different skill levels.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
