Job summary

We're looking for a highly motivated, modern Sales Expert to take full ownership of our client acquisition pipeline. Your main aim is to proactively identify, engage, and close high-value B2B clients in need of our digital services.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify ideal client profiles (businesses, startups, and enterprises requiring design, apps, websites, or AI solutions).
  • AI-Enhanced Outreach: Use 2026-standard AI tools (e.g., AI lead scraping, automated email personalisation, AI voice/text follow-ups, and CRM agents) to expand outbound campaigns while maintaining a highly personalised approach.
  • Consultative Pitching & Discovery: Lead high-value discovery calls. Understand client challenges, present Studio One’s capabilities, and clearly explain the ROI of our tech solutions.
  • Deal Closure: Define project scope collaboratively with the technical team, negotiate terms, address objections, and secure contracts to sustain a consistent flow of active projects.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep an organised, AI-supported CRM pipeline with accurate forecasts and clear reporting.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven success in B2B service or technology sales (preferably selling agency services, software, SaaS, or high-value marketing).
  • AI-Native Workflow: You utilise AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude for messaging, AI prospecting algorithms, AI meeting note-takers, etc.) to perform the work of five people.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical services (like AI integration and app development) in simple, persuasive business language.
  • A Closer's Mindset: You are resilient, autonomous, target-oriented, and highly motivated by uncapped commissions.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: NGN 250,000 per month
  • Uncapped Commission: 10% commission on the total project value for each successful client deal.
  • Performance Targets: To promote mutual growth, this role follows the 3x to 5x Rule for sales targets. As a standard KPI, you are expected to generate closed revenue equivalent to 3 to 5 times your base salary each month (i.e., a minimum of NGN 750,000 to NGN 1,250,000 in closed project value monthly).


Probationary Period:

  • This role includes a standard 2-Month Probationary Period. During the first 60 days, we will assess your lead generation strategies, proficiency with modern AI sales tools, cultural fit, and ability to meet the 3x to 5x Rule targets. Successful completion of this period will result in full, permanent confirmation of your role.
