We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Officer to support the organization's people management functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations while fostering a productive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper HR documentation and compliance.
- Support employee relations by addressing staff concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
- Coordinate performance management processes, staff appraisals, and training initiatives.
- Administer leave, attendance, payroll inputs, and other HR administrative functions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in a Human Resources role.
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/software is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
