Human Resources Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer with at least 3 years of experience to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records in line with data protection policies
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate performance management processes and employee appraisals
- Support training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Handle exit processes, including offboarding and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in an HR role
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/tools
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
