Work Mode: Onsite
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday (excluding weekends & public holidays)
Monthly Gross Salary: ₦250,000
Date of Resumption: January 5th 2026
Job Description
As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for:
• Managing recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
• Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Supporting performance management processes.
• Organizing training and development initiatives.
• Handling employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
• Assisting in HR reporting and analytics.
• Performing other HR-related duties as assigned.
