Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Lagos Island for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the HR operations of the organization, including recruitment, employee onboarding, talent development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing payroll and employee benefits, handling employee relations, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. This role requires collaboration with management for organizational development and strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Knowledge in employee onboarding, training, and talent development strategies
• Experience in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
• Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll management
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using HR software and systems is an advantage
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR certifications such as CIPM, PHR, or SHRM-CP are highly desirable
