The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within the construction company, supporting a productive and compliant work environment across office and project site locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive managerial experience in Human Resources, preferably within the construction or related industry
- Excellent knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems and ability to manage HR functions across multiple locations (office and project sites).
