Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for managing all human resources activities within the assigned location, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, staff welfare, training, and compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Oversee performance management activities.
- Handle employee relations matters and grievance resolution.
- Implement disciplinary procedures where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
- Monitor employee attendance and workforce planning.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support compensation and benefits administration.
- Advise management on HR matters and workforce issues.
- Promote employee engagement and organizational culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SPHRi, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years' HR experience, preferably in a multi-location business environment.
