The HR Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across the organization's human capital function, ensuring that people strategies, policies and practices support business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the organization's HR strategy.
- Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition.
- Oversee recruitment and selection activities.
- Develop organizational structures, job descriptions, and competency frameworks.
- Lead employee onboarding and integration.
- Establish and manage performance management frameworks.
- Develop compensation, benefits and reward strategies.
- Manage employee relations and workplace conflict resolution.
- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Develop succession planning and talent management programmes.
- Oversee learning and development strategies.
- Develop and review HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour and employment requirements.
- Lead disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Develop HR analytics and workforce dashboards.
- Advise senior management on people-related decisions.
- Support organizational restructuring and change management.
- Manage HR budgets and departmental resources.
- Lead and develop HR personnel.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in HRM, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
- CIPM professional membership (MCIPM/FCIPM) strongly preferred.
- Valid HR Practitioners' Licence where applicable.
- CIPD/SHRM certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years' progressive HR experience, preferably including managerial responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour and employment practices.
- Experience with HRIS and HR analytics.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent strategic and commercial awareness.
- CIPM's current practitioner/executive routes emphasize substantial
- HR/administrative experience and competence across areas such as talent planning, performance management, rewards, learning and development, change management and employee relations.
