Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment to attract top talent that aligns with our brand values and technical environment.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation, ensuring new hires integrate seamlessly into our fast-paced ICT sector.
HR Policy, Compliance & Performance:
- Develop and enforce HR policies that comply with Nigerian labor laws and reflect international best practices.
- Lead performance review cycles, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation with strict confidentiality.
- Handle disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution with fairness and professionalism.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Champion employee engagement initiatives that reinforce our commitment to innovation and service excellence.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and management, promoting open communication and a positive workplace culture.
Office Administration & Operations:
- Supervise office administration, including logistics, procurement, asset management, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure operational efficiency by streamlining processes and managing vendor relationships, supporting our promise of “unparalleled after-sales support” from the inside out.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR management experience, ideally within the ICT, technology, FCMG or services industry.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, HRCI, SHRM) is strongly preferred or in view.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws, statutory compliance, and global HR best practices.
- Proven leadership, conflict resolution, and organisational abilities; proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
