Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and exits.
• Partner with management on workforce planning, staffing, succession and employee capability needs.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace investigations.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian employment and statutory requirements and maintain strong HR documentation and controls.
• Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs, processes and HR systems.
• Support learning, talent development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Use HR data and reporting to identify workforce trends, risks and management priorities.
• Supervise HR team members and ensure consistent HR practices across locations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with meaningful responsibility for HR operations.
• Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, workforce planning and HR compliance.
• Working knowledge of Nigerian employment and statutory requirements.
• Strong judgment, communication, organizational and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with HRIS, HR reporting or analytics is an advantage.
• CIPM/ACIPM/HRPL, PHRi, SHRM or comparable HR certification is preferred.
• Experience in technology, professional services, BPO, workforce development/training, international development or a multi-location organization is an advantage.
