Job summary

We are a fast growing technology and professional services group operating across managed services, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and consulting. We are looking for a forward thinking Human Resources Manager to build and nurture talent across our businesses while creating a modern, engaging employee experience.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Identification & Nurturing: Identify, attract, and onboard high‑potential talent across technology, consulting, sales, and operations roles. 
  • Workforce Management: Develop HR practices that engage, motivate, and retain Gen Z and millennial employees, balancing flexibility with accountability. 
  • HR Strategy & Business Partnership: Act as a strategic HR business partner to leadership across all business lines. 
  • People Operations & Compliance: Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, including employee relations, policies, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Culture, Learning & Engagement: Design and run onboarding, learning, and development initiatives for technical and non‑technical teams.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within technology, professional services, or fast‑growing organisations.
  • Proven experience managing multi‑generational teams, with strong insight into Gen Z workforce dynamics.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to balance people‑centric thinking with business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience working in or supporting hybrid/remote teams is an advantage.
  • CIPM or other relevant HR certification is a plus.
